Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you’re facing recurring conflict, feeling disconnected, wanting to deepen your bond, or even navigate an amicable separation, I work collaboratively with both partners towards mutual goals. Together we identify patterns, rebuild trust, and foster healthier ways of relating. My approach is respectful, balanced, and tailored to your unique relationship, helping you move toward greater understanding, connection, and resilience as a couple.

I provide therapy for families and groups, across a variety of settings.

I offer trauma debriefing to support individuals or groups after distressing events, assisting with processing and emotional recovery.

I also deliver workshops and training designed to address specific organisational or group needs, enhancing communication, team dynamics, and overall wellness, to name a few.

My organisational wellness services aim to promote mental well-being, reduce stress, and foster resilience in workplace environments.
