I am a clinical psychologist based in Weltevreden Park, with extensive experience working across a variety of contexts, including psychiatric institutions, general hospitals. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of psychological, emotional, and relational challenges, which has given me a deep appreciation for the unique needs and strengths that each person brings to therapy.

Services
Individual Therapy
I offer therapy to individuals across all ages, with a special interest in adolescents and adults. Together, we explore and navigate challenges or goals in a supportive and collaborative way.
Couple's Therapy
I work with couples at all stages of their relationship, focusing on the goals and needs they identify together. My approach is neutral and balanced, providing guidance and support as partners navigate their unique journey.
Family/Group Therapy
I offer support for families and groups, include trauma debriefing, workshops and training for teams organisations. My focus is on creating a safe, collaborative space that promotes healing, growth, and stronger connections.
